HubPages is another excellent tool to drive targeted visitors to your blog or website. You just sign up for a free account, and publish your articles there.
Be sure to use relevant keywords in your title, beginning, middle, and ending paragraphs, but don't overdo it, or google will send the spam police after you.
Add a couple of links back to your website or blog in the article as well. Once you publish your article/hubpage, now you need to "ping" it. Then it will be indexed by Google so all that delicious targeted traffic will find you.
