The REAL Truth about HYIP's

HYIP's are High Yield Investment Programs/Products, and they come in a variety of forms.  They ususally allow the participant/investor to gain daily interest on their funds, usually ranging from1.4% to 3-3% or even up to 4% on riskier products.  Most HYIP's are risky, so it is best not to risk large amounts of your own money on them.  As they usually have a low starting point of around $10, it is best to start small build up your money, using the funds gained from participating, and then using those funds invest larger amounts.  This way you have gotten back your initial investment, and stand to lose a lot less if things go south.

ALWAYS do your due diligence with HYIP's.  How easy is it to contact someone if you have a problem, do they have a phone number-address ? How fast do they pay you, and do they make you jump through hoops, and do tricks to get paid ?  Sometimes it is really hard to check these things out, and the program may look really good, but try your best to be as careful as possible, and protect your hard earned money.

There are several ways to check out if a particular HYIP is in trouble, or paying their investors/participants.
You should ALWAYS check them out first, as thouroughly as you can, before participating.  Ask folks you know in it, or ask folks you know do they know anyone in it, or anything about it; check out the forums, especially MoneyMakersGroup.com, they keep up with most of the programs; HYIPs and MLM/Network Marketing, and others; check out Facebook, and Twitter pages, people will usually say if they have been having problems with the comapny, and last but not least check out the HYIP monitors.  These are folks or groups who monitor the various funds and programs, independently or sometimes they are PAID to do so by the company; so WATCH OUT for that.  Sometimes they will tell you they have been paid, other times they won't.  Here are a few just to get you started, you can always google HYIP monitors, and a whole bunch of them will pop up.  Most importantly, LISTEN to what others are saying !! It is usually right on target or soon will be,  if things don't sound right wait a couple of weeks , and see if things get better or worse.  If it's that GOOD, a couple of weeks won't hurt , one way or the other, because it's not going anywhere.  It may save you a lot of heartache, and a LOT MORE dollars in the long run.
